LAN world tesseract config

I want to make a lan world and reduce the energy loss on energy tesseract.
I found a (empty) config file called tesseracts.cfg in the world file.

the file you are looking for is thermalexpansion.cfg and the line you are looking for looks, by default, like this
"I:transport.teleport.energy.loss=25"

I found the thermalexpansion.cfg in my "config/cofh" folder

i tried editting that but when my friend's minecraft coulodnt connect friends minecraft crashed and all of my worlds disappeared *sadface*

Logs please. The value in /config/cofh/ThermalExpansion.cfg is indeed the one you are supposed to edit.

If LAN is no different from Server play which by my understanding it is not, then you need to make sure your friend changes their config file too.

Worlds disappearing, don't know about, post your log so Lemming can check it out.
