Java Start Settings. Where did the thread go?

I know it's getting late and maybe I have had a long day, but I shouldn't be derping this bad... I could have sworn there was a thread (possibly pinned) in the Server Admin Area that discussed in depth java start settings. Like heap, xms/xmx, and PermSize. Did I imagine this? Is it still here someplace? I have searched to no avail. I am starting to wonder if it was even this forum. If anyone knows the thread can you help me locate it. I would really appreciate it :)

Thanks Eyamaz, that's some great info you have started. I look forward to reading the finished document. It's not the same page I was looking for but I find it very useful none the less. I had some questions on your server settings but I will follow up in the appropriate thread. Thanks again.

If you or anyone else knows of another similar thread I would like to find it. *Kicks self for not bookmarking it*
