Problem java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

My Mindcrack server keeps crashing on startup and I get this error log:

I've loaded a backup from a couple of days ago and it starts fine so I assume the files are corrupted in some way.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?

prob lack of RAM when attempting to move a frame machine but im only half decent at reading crash logs so...idk

Ram of machine? Ram used to start the server? 512 by default is tiny.
