Java Error that doesn't seem to affect anything?

Any idea what this is? I keep getting it every 5-10 minutes while playing on my server. It's only on the server cmd line, there's no crashing or anything. I can't see anything going wrong in game, but i'd like to know what this is.

It doesn't seem to cause any issues, but I did have my steve's treefarm cart disappear from my world. I also had a portal that stopped working (it was only rendering half of it) until I broke it and placed it back down. Those could of just been normal bugs. The cart thing seems to be rather common.

For humors sake, disable portal gun and restart your server.

I don't see the error start till you log in, but it's persisting after you log out. Portal gun is one of the two mods that make a special call right after you log in. I'm trying to remember what the other mod is. I had it all written down, but my year and half old son managed to get into stuff...

I haven't got around to disabling portal gun because I have portalling systems that use it. I will back server up and test sometime.

However, you may be on to something. I have a giant mining machine, that DW20 designed, that has a portal on a frame that moves around a dimension. Twice now i've had this portal bug out and have to be broken and replaced. When I broke the portal and replaced it, the errors stopped.. so far. I am sure it will happen again and I wonder why this is happening. The mining machine works fine for hours, then the portal glitches out. My guess is portals do not like to be on frames.
