There is, pump fuel to Railcraft iron tank and then put empty cell on it (I failed to automate it since I didn't know how to force tin cell to the GUI of it).

You can also pump fuel the quantum tank, and put empty cells to the "in" slot (I can automate the process by using advanced buffer and electric translocator haven't tried BC/RP2 pipes) .

You're my hero. <3 I can't afford a quantum tank yet, but a railcraft tank is totally on the table.

Actually quantum tank is pretty easy to get but it has limited output sides, only need some titanium, chrome, sapphires and platinum.. no iridium is needed :D

'Easy' is not synonymous with 'cheap'. Chrome needs a lot more ruby dust than I can field at the moment, and I'm not sure I have enough platinum.

I'll get there, but I can make a railcraft iron tank now. So that's a valid solution.

Huh. That was unexpected. Thanks for the tip.

Alright, since I'm learning new things: Is there a way of getting diesel cells that doesn't involve destroying tin or wax containers in a squeezer?
Thermal Expansion Liquid Transposer pulls liquids out of containers and returns said containers as well as said liquid. I don't know if it works with diesel cells, but you can certainly give it a try.

Alternately, use renewable wax containers and keep your bees nicely productive via frames.

This does not work; it was the first thing I tried. It seems like it SHOULD, since you can use liquid transposers to interact bidirectionally with nitro-diesel cells, but until noskk's post the only way I could find to produce diesel cells was the squeezer (and this is actually the only operation NEI believes exists for the task).

I got frustrated trying to manage bees or get automation going for them. Breeding wasn't going well, and I haven't gotten into a position to do genetic tampering via ExtraBees machinery yet.

Who needs breeding?

Use a Manager to keep precisely 3 Impregnated Frames in the thing. Run a wooden pipe up the top, wraps around to the side where an Apiarist's Pipe puts the queen and a drone into the hive to make a new queen, the rest go down the pipe. Extra drones are voided, combs go to the centrifuge where they are spun into beeswax and honey drops. Beeswax goes to make wax capsules and excess stored. Honey drops are stored for making honeyed slices.

I use the desert bees in a desert biome, mostly because they are Nocturnal and it doesn't rain in the desert, so they get to run all the time. Just the regular ones that pop straight out of the hives work just fine.

That would be the automation end of things that also wasn't going well for me. I'm not in a position to implement all that.

Then start off with getting some apiaries and some bees. Wooden pipe up top, diamond pipe filtering queens and drones into the apiary, with overflow and other materials heading down the line, and just be satisfied with manually inserting frames to maximize produce output until you can get the resources necessary.

Put honey drops into a squeezer until you get enough Propolis to upgrade diamond pipes to Apiarist.

"Hi! I am highly allergic to peanuts, and would like to make some delicious toast." "Have you tried putting peanut butter on toast? Mmm!"

over-exaggeration for effect gets you nowhere. If you have wood and you have MJ you have the means to put it into effect. You said you couldn't get automation to work, I told you how to get it to work. It's up to you if you want to do it or not, but if you are already playing with alternate fuels, you've GOT the infrastructure to do it.
