Items Menu went dark

My items menu went dark , can anyone help me ?

I can still see the items , they just looked grayed out

anyone know a fix for this , ??

Is the search bar of NEI surrounded by a yellow border? If so, you're in search mode. Just double click it the search bar to get out of this mode.

NEI is the name of the "items menu" mod.

Np- confused me for the longest time when i first started

Hehe yeah accidentally doubleclicking the search bar or hitting O with the inventory open lead to a fair bit of confusion until I figured out what was going on
