Is there a way to make Aether II compatible with IC2?

Have you tried this yet? Did you run into issues? You are asking about a severely specific situation and not giving enough information for anyone to help you.
He's probably referring to the fact that the default ids for IC2 in the FTB packs conflict with a number of god-knows-why unconfigurable blocks within aether. To fix it you just need to change the IC2 ids to fix this but it certainly does get to be a pain when getting an update to the base pack
It's got a pretty bad bug with TiC not allowing you to use the new inventory. But otherwise just change the ids of IC2 stuff if you can't change Aether stuff. This will cause incompatipatibility with old worlds. Oh, and future reference, but more detail into the OP.
