Is there a changelog for the 1.0.7 version of FTB Unstable 1.12 anywhere?

No, we don't produce changelogs for Unstable. The primary reason for this is that updates happen so often with this pack that the time spent producing changelogs would slow the process down to the point where the pack doesn't serve its purpose anymore. Unstable is not intended to be played on public servers so the need for a changeling is already reduced. Unstable is the only pack we don't typically produce a changeling for.
