she only ever said that she was updating, she has never once used the word release when referring to the update.

eg. it will be ready when it is ready. but never it will be released when it is ready.

He web site seems to have gone down too.

ugh, people need to chill about redpower. it's been stated more then enough times that redpower will be released when it's released, that's it.
Eloraam does not like releasing a mod that has bugs, and she is working on redpower alone (from what I know) and people who keep bugging her about releasing redpower will only make it worse.
you have probably heard a rumor about some impatient people, but no, redpower will not become private.

right now RP6 is on forgecraft, but only for the sole reason to find bugs so that Eloraam can fix it.
the reason why the website is down is probably either because of a DDOS or a server problem, I am putting my bets on the latter.
