infinty singelplayer world crash on load

Details of the issue:
when i load my singleplayer world it loads everything. it is skipping some ticks but that is ussual but when it loads the terrain it crashes or it starts in pause meny and when you go "back too game" it just insta crashes. any help on how too fix it and not lose the world?​
