So i wanna start playing Unleashed. It looks amazing. However, there's a lot of builds in my world which I know people, myself included, would be reluctant to lose. I've saved a lot of them as schematics using MCEdit and tried importing them into a nice Unleashed seed I found, but it crashes as soon as I load the save in-game.

I understand there are incompatible mods between the two packs and I'm totally willing to give those up so I can play Unleashed. If I knew exactly what blocks/mods were causing the crashes, I could manually remove them and import only the compatible blocks to my Unleashed world. I've uploaded two of the latest crash reports. If anyone can help me in deciphering them, I'd really appreciate it.

One of the problems is that part of worldgen from your ultimate world will cause the crash unless you go ahead and delete all of those blocks from the mod.

For example, you would have to go in and delete all of the xychorodite and quartz crystals that are generated.

Doing so seems a bit impractical and may end up in a faulty error anyway. Any ME cables have been updated and will not be compatible. The gregtech machines that you have possible constructed will also need to be removed from the world. Any redpower blocks/items: basalt, marble, vorpal swords/enchants and so on.

Sometimes it might just be better off to let everyone have a new start. Let people take screenshots of their builds if they want so they can help themselves with a layout or something of the sort.

Whatever you may end up doing, good luck :)

The problem is a lot of things change especially between different versions of minecraft. It can be done but quite frankly you would be better off just starting a new world and save yourself the headache or keep playing using the ultimate pack.
