FTB Lite 2 (1.1.3) and MF2 (2.0.1) both have an update to Extra Utilities and JABBA that will show missing/mismatched items. The missing items were items never available in game and the mismatches appear to be changes in names in code. Take a backup and let us know if anything vanishes. It shouldn't but better safe than losing a world.

MF 2.1.x updates Mariculture. A hotfix is being pushed in 2.1.1 because the mariculture configs got messed up in 2.1.0 . When updating to 2.1.1 if you see missing/mismatched item messages just keep going. As always take a backup but it should be fine.
Mariculture enchantments can no longer go on anything but jewelry as of this update. Its a mod feature now.

MF 2.1.5 , DW20 1.0.15, Tech 2 1.1.2 , and Lite 2 1.1.5 are available on the launcher. Some slight cleanup and changes were made to ore gen, it won't remove anything from your world but it may retrogen some ore.
TC 4.1 has been included in MF and Dw20. Aspects may or may not vanish. You may see some missing item messages in DW20 from Calclavia core, ignore them and keep going.
As always backup your save before updating.

Couple recipes tweaks in Magic Farm.
A hotfix is going out for MF2 , DW20 and Tech2.
The only change is an update to Code Chicken Core to solve the java 6 crashes people have been getting. DW20 also got a new Translocators in 1.0.18 so hoepfully the crashes with that are solved as well.
DW 1.0.17 has been removed from the launcher due to a very nasty crash bug with CCC. 1.0.18 fixes this.

Agrarian Skies has had tool leveling disabled. Part material restrictions are still in place. The tool leveling felt odd on a skyblock.

TE Configs have been set to delete backstuffed items caused by cross mod issues and chunkloading derps. If any single duct gets more than 32 items back stuffed it will delete the extra to prevent server issues. This can be turned off in the config if you never have this issue.
