Problem Id mismatches

When i try to connect to my server (that i started hosting today) i get the following error message(s):

Forge Mod Loader has found world id mismatches
ID 343 is mismatched, World: (ModID:minecraft, type ID, ordinal 2) game (type rc.item.cart.furnace, ordinal 2)
ID 342 is mismatched, World: (ModID:minecraft, type ID, ordinal 1) game (type rc.item.cart.basic, ordinal 2)
ID 328 is mismatched, World: (ModID:minecraft, type ID, ordinal 0) game (type rc.item.cart.chest, ordinal 2)

i tried reinstalling java, reinstalling the launcher, reinstalling server and nothing worked D:

Did you try changing the IDs?

No, how would i do that?

Look in the config file for each mod. You will find the IDs it uses. You can then change them to whatever you want. But each client that connects will also have to make that config change. Im guessing you added some mods that arent in the modpack.
