I think there is a bad node by my house

I keep getting the green message that adds slowness and I haven't been doing thaumcraft for long so there isn't much flux. I assume its a bad node. Is there a way I can get ride of this bad node.
I'm also on peaceful so idk if a giant zombie spawns or anything else.

You can regenerate all of the nodes in the thaumcraft config.
