But that's a hell of a lot less fun. Plus he's his friend, so ceaseless dickery is to be expected.
I'd say go for broke, get some Ender Bees, a portal gun, MFFS and it's defense station, a Mystcraft Disarming Book, and five pounds of bacon for bait.
Use the MFFS to strip him of his shit, the portal gun to send his ass to a room with a portal linked with a disarming book, some Warded Stone blocks above a room filled with Auto Cycling Ender Bees(which he spawns on top of), and then after he is sent there, eat some bacon and enjoy your ban.
They do indeed work on players. But they are also monstrously slow, and I'm pretty sure the quantum chestplate adds invulnerability. There's a config for it. I'd ninja him with a cloaking device and a bed in his base, and wait for his most vulnerable...when he's recharging his armor. Unless he has those charge pad things, then you're screwed.
If you had said powersuits you might be in trouble. As it is. Quantum stuff offers no protection to splash damage potions.
2 level 2 ones should do it

Ooohhh right! Also, if he isn't wearing the quantum helm, he is affected by poison and slowness/nausea effects. Or is it affects? Meh.
Some of the bees have a large area effect. Breed that into a bee with a fun trait like end, creeper or the like, and place it under his house/spawn and encase it with the thaumcraft blocks. make sure to have the required bee traits like nocturnal, cave and rock for flowers. (don't forget to automate it so the bees will continually spawn and be active.
throw 3 chocolate frames in the apiary to kill the bees off quickly, then remove the frames and leave the bees in the output slot. use wireless redstone to then turn on the engine and return the bees to the hive to enable their effect on the OP. Thus it is already in place, the admin may not find it right away, and you can activate it remotely when you are ready to do so.
With the large range bee, you could have it quite far away, and still hit him in his base.. seemingly from nowhere.
of course, the admin could be a member of the forum and ready about all the nasty surprises you have in store for him.

a expensive way of killing him:
add a room to your base with a matterfabricator. the matterfabricator should sit in the center of the room, supplied with it's own MFSU. the walls should be made of warded stone (or reinforced tungstensteeliridiumwhatever-blocks). and the roof should be made out of something standard with at least one sticky piston to open the roof.
you should also have a hidden escape teleporter or a portalgun. if you're using the teleporter, then set a small repeater for the signal for the roof piston. the portal guns other portal should lead to a pressure plate. in both cases, automate the trigger for the roof piston...
and now it needs to rain, you show him your base, and that you have a matter fabricator. enter the room with him, use the teleporter and the matterfabricator explodes, strong enough to eat up even a fully charged quantum suit.

The effects do indeed affect him.
MFFS only protects my base and tends to BBQ random people who wander in if I don't set their security rights. It's like putting up a giant bug zapper for noobs. I decided I needed something more precise and mobile if I was going to battle rogue server ops and not die or kill everybody else around me every time I press the remote.
So, I developed Project Tartarus.
I made a Mystcraft portal on the floor with a disarming book in it and stuck a portal spawner on the ceiling 1 block above it. A wireless signal will re-open the portal spawner if it is closed for some reason. A wood golem lives in the space under the Mystcraft portal and collects all the items that fall through when somebody gets zapped with the Project Tartarus portalgun. This works very well; there's no way to miss the Mystcraft portal because the spawner is so close to it so you just transition immediately from wherever you were to a dimension that makes you barf rainbows.
Be very sure there's some way out of whatever horrifying punishment you put on the other side of that Mystcraft portal. I've also found that people tend to run in circles or die so it is a good idea to put a wireless tracker where they'll step on it; then you can just follow a triangulator pointer if you have to do search and rescue in there.
So far, only one innocent person has suffered by using the wrong portal gun and discovering the Project Tartarus dimension the hard way. I consider this an acceptable safety record compared to MFFS.

use a scepter you get from a lich, it bypasses the armour, pick his armour up, wear it and then go kill him with vorpal sword
Grab an MFSU, a HV transformer and some uninsulated HV wire. Get some power into the mfsu, place the HV transformer next to the output, then give the transformer a redstone signal so it increases the eu/p to 2048. Then connect the uninsulated HV wire to the output from the transformer. Finally, get your admin 'friend' to somehow touch the wire. He should get electrocuted with enough force to kill him through his armour.
Hes an admin not much you can do to him... Other then Nuke his house... Which most likely is turned off anyway..

If you wanna be complety evil.. You can booby trap your blocks for when they break they set off a nuke or a bunch of tnt or something hidden under the ground of his base..
of course you will get banned.. Because thats what Admins like this do.
