TL;DR: A mod that adds EMC for EE3.

I think the FTB team should add this into the future 1.6 packs.
Just so EE3 isn't totally useless until DynEMC is created.

Well as the FTB team can talk directly to Pahimar, I'd suggest they do that before anything is added. Also, there's a thread for suggesting mods.

The dynamic EMC system will be balanced perfecly.
