Note that this thread is over a year old, but it states what is wrong with the mod in question. Thermal Foundation should be using the correct system now, + you don't have more than 30 listed entities (less than 128).

Have any mods in the pack updated recently? If so, if they used the non-Forge method of registering entities, that may be what is causing you trouble. And they should fix it.
