So, built a flying frame quarry with an arm that expands/retracts via blockbreaker+deployer. The issue, however, is that whenever water touches the arm it gets stuck and stops the system. Now, I could run it in a desert to minimize the risk, but I'd prefer to use it in the sea to minimize the visible impact of it. Also, I don't have that much land around my base, it's pretty much a large island with four biomes that are surrounded by ocean to far away.
Anyone have an idea of what to do? I'd really prefer to use a top-down quarry rather than a horizontal digger as I want to catch a decent amount of both sand and copper.
Thanks!
EDIT: Also, I don't use XyCraft at all due to annoying world gen.
