Can't find any info on this and tried to do it with putting a DSW next to it and it's didn't auto eject, tried using RP2 filter on it's side and bottom and it just pull out the sand not the glass. I config the filter to pull out glass and it's just sits there when it's get it pulse so how in the world do I automate it?? There are two button too and can't seem to figure out what they do, one is a blue lighting bolt while the other is a arrow with a orange background to it. So pleas can someone explain to me how to use these machines properly?

There is a square on one of the sides that can be changed by wrenching it, you put a chest in front of it.

EDIT: Admittedly it would probably be better if it could output into pipes, but at least it's sort of an improvement on vanilla IC2 machines.

On all the gregtech automatic machines there is an output side, you can change this side to any side by just wrenching the machine. A right click moves the output to the side opposite the one you wrenched, while a shift right click moves the output to the same side you wrenched.
As long as the machine has space for more output, it'll dump the items into any container block on the output face once a minute, so any sort of chest buffer relay machine etc. If the machine has no more space for output it'll try once per second.
As for the buttons, the first one which looks like a lightning bolt, indicates whether or not the machine should pass power through the output face. This is very useful to have a chain of gregtech machines and automation powered by a single wire allowing for highly compact setups.
The second button, which looks like an arrow, controls whether or not the machine automatically ejects items. When this is disabled you can still use transposers or wooden pipes or import buses to pull items out of the machine.

Oh cool so that why it's been stated that they only output at once a min until the machine is jammed then quickly get stuffs out of it to continue. So that's cool too bad you can't overclock them so like the e furnace or the recyclers which are good ones to add an overclocker to.

In a future update, Greg will allow you to right click on his machines with upgrades, such as overclockers or transformers, in order to upgrade them. Sort of like the way UE handles it.

Oh so it a one upgrade thing only or up to four upgrades per stack and four slots like the normal machines?

I automate mine with Applied Energistics' ME automation without the need for an intermediary chest. I just have an export bus on top putting cells in, an export bus on the side putting what is to be canned in, and an import bus on the back pulling the output out. Export buses mean they are exporting from the inventory of my ME system and import means they're importing back into the inventory, so that's why those names might seem turned around if you're not familiar with ME.

Yea.. I was stupid enough to use an export bus on a cobble generator "flower" and the weird thing that I already know about AE..

I keep seeing people doing this. Save yourself a few resources and crafting time. On any machine that can auto output such as TE, GregTech, Factorization routers, item tesseracts etc..just use an ME interface block instead of an import bus. You can put 5 machines on 1 of them with one side connected to the cable and it will draw for all of them. I have found it very useful and space saving in a few places.
Here's some good setups I stumbled on while playing around. This is becoming my favorite mod quickly. Auto crafting solar panels.....

ME interface on the bottom of a farm hatch and export bus set to fertilizer make Forestry farm run maintenance free.

Export buses keep frames filled in my alvearies while interface block inputs everything

Item tesseract from my apiaries feeding into the interface block

Left interface has recipes like basic and advanced ME assemblies, glass, etc.. Te pulverizers feed the main output to a furnace each and the bonus dusts get fed into the middle furnace. All 3 eject into one interface.

Here one is exporting into a relay. Might be able to use it to export on 5 sides to multiple machines similar to the way it inputs in the above picture

I don't believe it has been stated yet, but he has mentioned adding a way of putting overclockers into them coming with a future update.

The upgrades are now possible, but I don't recommend using overclockers on them. The energy penalty seems to be higher than with normal IC2 machines.

ALSO I can't seem to get the darn thing out of the automatic recycler I put it in. Does anyone know how to get it out, or if it's possible?

Unfortunately, you can't remove upgrades. From what I have tried in testing, the overclockers should roughly be the same as your transformer upgrades. For example, a 32 EU machine upgraded to run on 512 can take 2 overclockers safely. Seems once you cross that threshold, you will start needing multiple packets of whatever EU you are running to keep the machines running. I have 4 overclockers in my auto macerators on a 512 line with 2 packets going through it with no issues. However 2 of them in electrolyzers caused issues. Seems some machines draw alot more than others.Kinda the way GT is made, to make you build infrastructure as you progress to support the next thing you are building.
