how to make wrath lamps

okay, basically I looked into several wiki-articles about the wrath lamp, and all of them say: craft this craftpacket stamper and the craftpacket for diamond shards.

so I try to craft the craftpacket with the diamondblock, obsidian and tnt. and nothing. I don't get this craftpacket (all wiki articles agree how to make it, but I don't get that item).

then, I try to make the craftpacket stamper. it does not even show up in NEI, but there is an item namend stamper, with the same recipe (not identical names?)

okay, tried it the other way round. looked up how to craft the wrath lamp, the wrath igniter and no problem. just when it comes to diamond shards, NEI gets silent, there is no recipe for them.

so now I have two useless machines... is the factorization-mod broken?

modpack: tech world 2 1.0.6 with natura and TF added.

The craft packet stamper is a pre 1.6 crafting method. I believe the 1.6 method of getting diamond shards is placing a diamond block down next to a block of TNT and blowing it up. You should find 18 shards in the crater afterwards.
