As the title states I would like to integrate liquids into my AE2 network. Is this possible in the default Direwolf20 pack? If not what mods would I have to add to have this feature? Also is it be possible to pump liquids, items and power all through one wire from my network into a single side of a block? I've thought of using EnderIO but I would like to have everything within my network.

Using p2p tunnels you can send stuff prom point a to point b in the network. For storage of liquids need extra cells. Right now ae doesn't do liquids on its own but its a possible new thing coming in the future.
