I try to just go into Direwolf_1.6.4 and go into minecraft then saves and paste it into the folder but it doesn't work! help please!

If you are referring to the "Let's Play" world(s):
1). Download the 'zip' file to the appropriate directory... In my case, using Win 8.1: "C:\Users\Dave\AppData\Roaming\ftblauncher\Direwolf20_1_6_4\minecraft\saves".
2). Extract the 'zip' archive. I just right-click the 'zip' file, select "open", and copy the directory inside to the "saves" directory... Windows supports Zip files.
3). In the "Episode XX" folder there is a folder called "world". Move this up to the "..\saves" directory.
4). ...
5). Profit.
Extra Credit: You can go into the "World\players" directory and copy "direwolf20.dat" to "[MyPlayerName].dat" and get all of Dire's Thaumcraft and Ars Magica research.
When i go to my launcher there is no Direwolf20_1_6_4 file, but when I go directly to Feed the beast then minecraft there is. Still not working
Are you using the FtB launcher version 1.3.7? Direwolf20(v.1.0.19) should be the 3rd pack listed, under Monster and the PAX East map.
When you click the pack and select launch it should auto-install if you don't already have it or prompt you if there's been an update.

Downloaded the episode 20 one and still wasnt listed when I went to launch it, do I have to enable it or launch that world differently?
when i try to download it it appears on singleplayer but when i load it my game crashes i download ep 80
