How to disable cheat mode

Hi,
I want to disable the option to put yourself in cheat mode on my server, unless you are an op, how can i do it?

Cheat mode wont actually work as it works just like TooManyItems. it will write the command in chat to get the item. Therefore it doesn't matter unless they have permission to spawn in items.

I actually tried to log in to my server as a non op user, but the items spawn, time change, etc.. still works

Have you got any additional mods installed on your server? Specifically permissions mods, such as ForgeEssentials or Fighu's commands? As on my server these options don't even appear unless you are op, let alone work.

EDIT: nevermind, i just wasn't restarting the server after updating the ops config file, my bad
