How do I update my server?

Hi guys, so today I updated to the newest version of the FTB Ultimate modpack and once everything is loaded I tried to go on my server and it says I'm missing a whole bunch of mods that I need to play on it. I'm pretty sure I just need to update the server with the new stuff but I'm not sure how to do that. I don't want to screw anything up and lose all my stuff. Can you guys help me out please? It would be awesome if you could. I'm still a noob with this stuff so if it's obvious give me a break haha. Thanks!

Do you run your server on your computer or are you using an external rental host? Anyway, I always do it just like downloading the server from launcher and throwing the mods/coremods/config to their respective folder to the server files.

I'm the host, I run it off my computer so I can just play with a couple buddies of mine. Holy crap I think I finally managed to get it to work. Thank you so much haha you're the best.
