How do I get Rei's Minimap back in the Mindcrack pack?

I really don't like the voxal minimap and want to know how to remove it and get rei's minimap back (coz it used to be in the pack). Also the description for the Mindcrack pack says it includes rei's minimap even though it clearly doesn't. Can some please give me instructions on how to remove the voxal minimap and get rei's minimap back? Also I want to know why the description says it includes rei's minimap when it doesn't.

So do I just disable voxel map and replace with rei's minimap or do I need to disable other voxel mods?

I disabled them all. It depends on if you like the menu system or not.
