How do I add commands to my server?

For example: /teleport /home /spawn

stuff like that.

Maybe I'm wrong, but /tp should be Vanilla. It likely requires OP status, as most commands do. Check the Vanilla Minecraft wiki for other commands. I think those you have listed exist, but your naming isn't quite right on them.

I would suggest Essentials for most of your common commands and useful things.
