Windows .exe Horizons won't launch

Description of the Issue: Horizons won't launch. Direwolf20 1.6.4 pack launches fine. I have no other packs downloaded to test.

I see no error in the console. The only thing I see that might be causing an error at the moment is that you have both the 32bit and 64bit version of Java installed. Please uninstall the 32bit version to eliminate the possibility of a common error. Also could you post the quoted file to pastebin.com and provide the link it gives.

java.lang.RuntimeException: Unknown character ' ' in '/config/bspkrsCore/ModVersionCheckerTracking.txt:1'

I've never understood why configs become corrupted like this. Backup your saves and configs and then delete the file quoted above from your log. It appears to be safe to delete, but I always say backup just to be safe. That should fix your error and allow you to go back into your game. If you want you can try a fore update to get a copy of the file as it was from when you started the game.
