Help with some easy question

Hi guys iam new to Minecraft but ive reserched alot and got my server running my friends can join and every thing is ok .

One thing that eludes me is how do i set up a auto save for my server i dont even know where to start looking for info theres so mutch stuff on the internet but for the live of me i have no idea what to use on a FTBinventions server.

Can someone be so kind to point me on the right direction please .

Autosave is enabled by default. Sponge even has an option to tell you when it happens. If you need to mannually trigger it, run the command /save-all.
