Help with set home

Details of the issue:
When ever a /home set (anything) is done says the home is set but then you go to that home just takes you to spawn. I have to keep restarting the server to get the /home set to work right. any ideas how to fix?​

Not really a tech support thingy. I suggest asking in "Ask a simple question, get a simple answer" or checking the infinity evolved subforum
