So I've been running an FTB server for like a couple of years, just on my own computer, and leaving it on 24/7.
I've finally got access to a real physical server at my new job, and my boss says I can run an MC server on it.
I'm wondering if some of you nice people could point me in the direction of how to get started with something like that, because I'm totally clueless, and don't even know how to properly ask the question.
What I would like to do is run the server on my work server (opening ports and what not?), and be able to access the server, restart, and make changes from my home.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
