Hi guys, hope this is in the right area of the forum!

Struggling at the moment with a filler, wanted to flatten a large area but have probably spent more time trying to figure out how to use this filler than doing it with a shovel! I've provided screen shots of the area (cleared of mobs and flowers) and my power source. Any help would be much appreciated!

are you using the clear pattern or the floor level pattern?

The floor level pattern will require you to have blocks to fill in the empty spaces below the floor level.

The redstone energy cell isn't outputting energy, you have to right-click the conduit next to it with a crescent hammer or omnitool so that the symbol changes to orange... And depending on the cell's redstone settings, you will have to remove the redstone torch next to it, too.

In elaboration to the above post.

to know when to set it to orange or blue on the conduits, have a look at the small arrow that they form. Blue means input, arrow faces in, orange means output, arrow faces out.

That's the only reason that we can tell from your screenshots why your filler wouldn't be working, the only other reason is to not have blocks in the filler for the patterns that require it, or to have incorrect patterns.

if your useing flattern(3 glass 3 bricks) you need to give it blocks to fill in any holes and it dont require you mark the height it fills anything lower then the tape and removes anything above

Thanks everyone for the help! I got it working, it was the crescent hammer thing I needed to do. I really appreciate the speedy responses from all :)

Just as a quick tip for the next mission of your filler: Skip the rs conduits altogether and simply place the RS energy cell right next to the filler. Works like a charm. ;)
