Help with cofh mod

So me and my friends want to play divineRPG and we want the ores realmite, rupee, and arlemite to spawn more so i found the cofh mod and i dont know how to add those ores if someone could please explain to me how?? All i know is you have to add them into the WorldCustomGen.txt file but i dont know how the format should be and what all that stuff in there means.

Edit:i know this probably isn't the place for this but i have seen a lot of other post here about this mod. I would have posted this on cofh forums but they don't have one.

Yes, but they have next to no documentation there yet.

see what i mean. so if someone could please tell me how to add the ores into the game or write them for me and i just copy and paste them in.

Do you actually need the block meta number so it adds them to the game??

My advice : download and install a modpack using CoFH like MagicFarm2 and learn from it.

I haven't messed with CoFH oregen myself.
