Recently, me and a couple of other people decided to create a survival Mindcrack FTB server. We made a plan for the spawn area, and all was going just as planned. However, to create the spawn, a flat area in the shape of a square with a diameter of approximately 200 blocks (radius of 100 from the spawn point) is needed. Finding seeds is relatively easy, when your looking for mountains... in vanilla... in FTB that is a different story, mountains are easy, but flat ones are near 0%.

I believe that a nice flat spawn seed would greatly benefit many other people as well with making a server. Some biomes that would be perfect for this situation would be (better ones at the top):
- Meadows
- Plains
- Any Flat Forest
. - Birch
. - Regular.
. - Excluding Red Woods
- Savana (Last Resort)

P.S. Even if there are some slight hills that flatten out, it would be all ok!
P.S.S Mixing biomes is also still ok!

A quick and dirty way to do this is with XLbimones. Turn off all the non flat biomes and start your map go out to where you want your boarders to be. Closed down the map and turn the rest of the biomes back on. You will have your flat area and the rest of the map will be normal. The only issue is that you will have some shear cut cliffs and the such were the biomes change.

If you are using the MindCrack pack (or DW20, but I think it's Mindcrack because I saw Iridium Ore) the seed " YouTube " gets you in a nice Meadow biome with a village next to it, with some diamonds in the smithy chest.

I am one of the people that is making the server with KieranSaurusRex and I just want to say that we need a seed that spawns you inside a nice flat area so that we can build our spawn without having to place something like a bed to spawn there.

Server admin can OP themselves, cheat in filler, power, resources, and flatten the starting area. No need to rely on random luck.
