Problem /help doesn't work for my Server

After downloading necessities and powertools forge mods I've had issues with using /help on my server as OP.
I get unknown error occured. My players can see the /help but not the OPs.

Is this an issue with the amount of help options that it's trying to bring up or..?

Without knowledge of the necessities and powertools forge mods we can't help you, can you link them please what you've added?
