Summary of the problem heads?
Pack Version 1.2.1
What is the bug? so i checked to see if any in jei to get a mob head and it goes through a cycle where one head makes another with evilcraft, but there isn't any drops from actual mobs!! is this a pack issue or a server issue where mobs heads are disabled?
