Having A problem with frame rate lag

my frame rate is dying on any ftb modpack and i cant figure out y i have no texture pack and iv tried to re install java and ftb all the way but im still getting this lag and its not my hardware i have 8gb or ram and my cpu is a lga 2011 i7 3820

1st thank you for responding 2nd i dont care about my grammer if you dont like it you dont have to read it and 3rd my fps drop from 30 to 0-11 and stays there

Please refer to steps 3, 7 and 8.
Also, if you're using a texture pack, don't.

As to your point for #2. If people can't understand you, they aren't going to help you.
I only responded because what I sent you is a generic response that I give to everyone that I come across. Unless they've proven to have already completed the steps, or are in absolutely no need of them.
Also, if you keep that attitude, then no one will help you when you ask in the future.
