gregtech recycler question

Please no comments about if you hate gregtech or not.

My question is, what can you recycle and what can't you? I know you cant recycle stone and glass and their cousins..

But what should I make to easily get scrapmetal? I tried googling until my eyes are bleeding but can't seem to find a good list (and I bet someone will go.. here you go.. that was easy to google you noob and make me facepalm at my stupidity).

so.. please help a girl out?
 
You could just try some of the more common materials which are easy to get.
Make a small setup in a test world. Shouldn't take long.
 
yupp what i been doing just didnt find anything until now: seeds :) so gogo stevescarts and a new plantation.. guess i can do something with the wheat.
 
I know there was once a page that listed all the blacklisted items... but I've no idea whatsoever where that page has gone...
 
A 9x9 MFR tree with "Jungle Trees" then send all the wood and vines into your 7-8 recycles with 2-4 overclockers. If your using the GT recycles don't use anymore then 1 overclocker just build more recycles. Jungle trees grow 30+ blocks high so make sure you have the room.

You will get so much wood that you don't need a sawmill. Also make sure you have sort of overflow system.

In 1.5.x I used the method above to make scrapboxes combined with Scrapboxinator is a really insane way to make free items. If you do it right you can run it all on a RC 200 eu/t generator.

I ended up using steves carts to make a large wheat farm (i love steves carts) and using the seeds for my bees and the weatt to scrap. but jungle trees sounds good too, have to try that rather then make more wheat farms .. ^^
