GregTech 1.5.2 Fusion Reactor

for the past two days when i built a fusion reactor it would never start, there would be enough energy to start the Deuterium and Tritium reaction but the computer would say its full of energy but would not turn on. how do i fix it?

Ps, its automated by applied energistics.

quick tip: is any redstone signal applied to the computer cube? in that case that's the problem,
i see a leaver so it's likely to be it

thats not it because the switch is for the liquiducts so there is a 1 block distance between the computer and the switch. but i put a switch on the computer and turned it on and off but that didnt turn it on either
