So, I suppose fate will decide?
You need to have 2, not less not more if you can't decide for yourself then something else will decide it. Don't worry I will keep it a secret, no one has to know that the new queen couldn't decide as that could hurt your reputation. You need to know however that not everyone will be so forgiving about it and the only reason I do you this favor is because you are not the first which can't decide.

It's not that I can't decide, it's that I don't want to decide.
I don't want to be the one who decides who lives and who dies.
