18 somehow reikas mods make it look like I get better performance.
I doubt it is the fact that I added reika's mods that it looks like that but on the other hand I can't really think of anything else that might have caused it

15 well that's what you get for uaing several.

16 and suddenly I get 3 times the xp from breaking blocks and 10 10% change to reflect damage taken.
I also have a steel helmet and steel leggings and a skeleton dropped feather falling 4 leather boots.

Not to bad considering my most advanced thing is a slag furnace

and the starting book from essential craft is the most expensive tutorial book I have seen, and then it only contains the basic stuff
(not that it is that expansive but still)
