Before I go into the infected land, I think I ought to go back home and craft a few more things to help protect me. For one thing, I think it might be wise to stay off the ground there if at all possible. I can do it with the same means that I used to get here, but since it works by moving air around, it's hard to control and tends to kick up a lot of dust. I have an idea for a harness of sorts that should be able to anchor me to the thaumostatic field, which would let me hover much more quietly and efficiently.

What other sorts of precautions or advice to you have before I go?
