28 I made it myself. Its based on infinity and ethos pack :)

a few post above is a list with all the mods (according to forge it has 160 mods).

I also just crashed when trying the automatic hammer, I may need to update some mods
 
fun world gen or as the .jar is called FWG it has a few other options and the author has a few different mods that also change the world gen for example realistic world gen. I highly recommend to check it out.

edit before I forget if you go for floating world gen you can't get the ores that spawn like diamonds as your world doesn't go low enough. I choose to go with ex nihilo + ex astris to get my ores but another solution could have been to change the ore gen

I also need to update some mods before I can use the automatic hammers it seems. ugh there goes my time.

28 that being said this computer is a bit finicky.
  • doesn't like to boot when its cold
  • doesn't like flash(might have solved it)
  • can't shrink the C drive
  • doesn't like it when I open the downloads folder
