63 for doing 5*x damage to all creatures and each player needs to sacrifice 5*x lands where x is the number of players in the game. <-that is one "combo" of my chaos edh deck. If I add one extra card to this combo it may happen each time a player plays an instant or sorcery depending if he/she wants it to happen.

I forgot if the damage also happens to players
