So I'm just wondering, how should my ftb be running? I usually play monster.

AMD Radeon HD7800 Series
AMD10-5008k APU with radeon(tm) HD Graphics 3.80Gz
8GB Corsair Ram (7.00)
64bit Windows 8

Yes but which should I use, I don't really have any preformance issues but I'd like to get the best out of my computer.

With those JVM arguments added I average about 109 fps I'm still sure I can get higher but I'll settle with this

I reached over 120, but this seems more stable.
