@Shazam08, I'd guess one extra traitor, three extra terrorists, however your "one extra counter- and three extra terrorists sounds plausible as well.
In my case, those would probably be a basic Traitor and a Terrorist, an Arsonist or Terrorist and a PI or Detective?
In your case those would probably be a GIGN officer and the same terrorists.
