Full Screen... annoying me

Everything i start FTB it goes into Full screen straight away like pressing F11.
How do i disable it?

options->advanced options-> uncheck start maximized

whilst i'm asking questions what is the best level to find copper and tin?

I think best levels for both copper and tin is anywhere between y level 30 and 55 should net you both.
