FTBUtilities Suggestion

Disclaimer: If a thread like this already exists, I apologize.

A couple quick feature suggestions for FTBUtilities. I know all of these exist in other mods, but I would like to be able to have a single server admin mod as light as FTBUtilities.

1) Chunk Pregen functionality (Yes ForgeEssentials / AdminCommandToolbox have this, want single mod)
2) Chunkloading built into Claims (Already planned from what I recall from the Town Hall)
3) Permission groups to allow some commands to be run by non-Ops (Again ForgeEssentials functionality replicated)
4) Admin only invisible mode to allow checking misbehaving players without their knowledge.

Please add more suggestions I might have missed.

If I recall correctly 1-3 were discussed as future plans. I think 4 was touched on as a "transaction" log that could be viewed by Admin to determine how an item was obtained.
