is FTB Unstable ever getting updated again? there is many outdated mods and new mods. Just checking.

In the other thread on this topic, in which you have posted, there was mention of mods requiring conflicting forge versions. You can't update a pack if one half of it needs forge XXX, and the other half needs XXY, and crashes on XXX.
I know that the pack is called Unstable, but it at least needs to be able to start.
NOTE: I'm delivering this information gathered from other posts. I've not played it or looked in ages.

FTB Unstable was just a test-platform modpack designed so that mod authors could test updating their 1.6 mods to 1.7.
It was never made to be a main modpack for anything else.
So, to answer you question; no, not unless the mod creators request an update due to problems.

I heard there was going to be a new version but only for mod devs from the southeast of engalnd.
