FTB Unleashed with Jammy's Furniture Mod?

I'm trying to add Jammy's Furniture mod to FTB Unleashed for a LAN map my roommate and I play, but all attempts have thus far been unsuccessful.

Has anyone had success adding Jammy's to FTB Unleashed? If so, what did you do to make it work?

Also, I'm trying to load up Jammy's Furniture mod for Minecraft 1.5.2, v4.4. Is this the correct version for FTB Unleashed?

Seems like an ItemID conflict, but when I try to change the Item IDs for Jammy's the error persists.
Correct me if I'm wrong! That's just what it looks like to me.

Check each time you fix an ID; each time its likely to be a different item with different ID; you probably have dozens of conflicts.

Essentially yes. If you start noticing a pattern that it's one/two specific mods that are in conflict, you can just take the time to work your way through those and Jammy's configs to find all the conflicts instead of waiting for Minecraft to crash each time.
