Windows .exe FTB Unleashed Crash on server join

So I can play FTB Unleashed fine on singleplayer, and I could play on the server fine for a while. All of the sudden I crashed and now when I try to join I get this error

Once, I was able to join for 5 minutes and then I crashed again. I have tried deleting the unleashed folder, .minecraft, restarting, texturepacks. I don't know what to do.

its either a corrupted block near you on the server, or an issue with LWJGL. try updating the LWJGL first to 2.9.0 before sending a server admin on a chase with MCEdit first though.

Well I looked and I saw this right before I crashed, so I think it's whatever is in the 3rd slot.

Have the server admin make a backup of your player.dat and then delete the original and see if you can log in.
If that is the problem item, an editor can be used to remove it from your inventory. I believe NBTEditer is the name? Idr.
